Sycamore Forest - White Acres

Our ABI St David is a 3-bedroom 39ft x 12ft wide holiday home which is situated on Sycamore Forest number 614 offering easy access to the lakes. It has a 12ft x 8ft decking area, which is accessible via the patio doors. It has central heating and double glazing. The lounge has wrap around seating and has a 40" TV with Freeview channels. **New for 2026* - smart TVs in the main bedroom and in one twin bedroom room. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas cooker, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and a kettle. There are three bedrooms: one large double bedroom with ensuite facilities and a further two twin rooms. We do not allow sleeping in the living area. We Allow of A Maximum. Of 6 people (Maximum 4 adults or 4 adult and 2 children) Bedding is not included; we do however provide pillows and duvets and mattress/pillow protectors. You will need to bring your own towels/tea towels. Bed linen can be hired for a price of £25 for a double set £15 for the single sets plus £10 if you would like the beds made up for your arrival. You can of course bring your own bedding. Please advise at the time of booking if this service is required Entertainment passes can be purchased from Reception Prices are: £18 Off Peak £20 Peak per person under 2 are free Fishing passes can be purchased from the Fishing lodge price depending on your requirements and are all priced by Parkdean. We do Require a £100 security deposit, and we request the caravan is left clean and tidy after your stay. Starlink Wifi is available at a cost of £20 per stay.
