Commission payments via Stripe
Redpoll uses Stripe to securely manage commission payments to property owners and partners.
To receive commission payments, we will connect you to a Stripe payout account for you to disclose payout bank details directly to Stripe. Redpoll does not store or have access to your bank account information.

How commission payments work
Commission payments are paid manually by Redpoll.
Payments are sent securely using Stripe Connect.
Your bank and payout details are submitted directly to Stripe.
Redpoll can only see limited account and payout status information required to process payments.
You are responsible for ensuring your payout and tax information is accurate and up to date.

Redpoll may use Stripe Connect to manage commission payments.
Stripe may request identity verification or additional information to comply with financial regulations.
Commission payments are subject to Redpoll’s commission and payment policies.
Redpoll reserves the right to review, delay, withhold, or reverse commission payments where fraud, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, policy breaches, or compliance concerns arise.
Stripe’s services are also subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policies.
Commission payments are discretionary until confirmed by Redpoll and may be adjusted in cases including refunds, booking disputes, duplicate claims, cancellations, fraud prevention, or breaches of platform policies.

Payments on Redpoll are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted online payment provider. When you make a payment, your card and payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored by Redpoll.
By continuing with your payment, you agree that Stripe will process your payment on behalf of Redpoll Holiday Lettings Limited for the booking, subscription, or service selected.
All payments must be completed successfully before a booking, subscription, or service is confirmed.
If your payment is declined or cancelled, your booking or subscription may not be activated.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment adjustments are subject to Redpoll’s booking and cancellation terms.
Stripe may carry out fraud prevention, security, and identity checks as part of the payment process.
Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy also apply when you use their payment service.
